I was stung by a wasp a few minutes ago. other than a small, red bump i am not having a reaction. i do have a heart condition. should i be concerned?

Not really: But apply first aid measures, as removing the stinger if present, cleaning the area, antihistamines for itching, if you're allergic to bee or wasp venom and was prescribed epinephrine (epipen) keep it handy and use it if necessary. No: Most people who are stung by bees or wasps only have local reactions of pain and swelling which are self-limited. No treatment should be needed.
