See below: You might be describing minor salivary gland activity or enlargement. You might also be describing an allergic reaction, especially if there is a pattern to a specific type of food. It's hard to say. It's always best to take you car to the mechanic when it is actually making the clunkity-clunk noise.....So when the bumps appear, call your dentist to see if you can come right in to get it checked.

Scheduling: Schedule an appointment with your Dentist or a specialist Oral Pathologist. Have a meal 15-60 minutes before your appointment. That way the practitioner can see the small bumps when they are i full bloom.
