Cough may be reflux: Most infants with reflux do have vomiting with it, but there can also be coughing with it. There can also be coughing from taking in too much milk at once, such as when nursing when the milk first comes down. In addition, while not common, there can be a fistula between the airway and the esophagus (feeding tube to stomach). You may want to talk this over with your baby's doctor at the next visit
