Can ileus happen randomly to a healthy adult. what are ways to relieve such a condition. is it safe to use an enema while you have untreated ileus?

No: This does not occur in healthy people. Suggest that you consult a gastroenterologist. As for enema, this answer is no and even if you try it, it would not reach the ileum any way and may potentially cause damage to your bowel.
