Uterine mass?: It's hard to answer your question because I don't know what you're describing. My first guess is that you have a tumor in your uterus like a fibroid. Also, you describe a second mass in the endometrium that could be a polyp or a fibroid. Your first fibroid is large enough that it needs to be removed surgically if you're trying to conceive. If you're describing an ovarian mass then resubmit ur ?
