Obstipation: I recommend that you be examined if this is an unusual bowel problem for you. Concerning symptoms would be abdominal cramping and dissension, vomiting and complete absence of any stool for all those days. After your physician or a gastroenterologist rules out any intestinal obstruction, you may be prescribed a laxative and/ or rectal suppository or enema.
