YEARS ago,: when I was in Medical School, we learned that ideal weight for men was 106 lbs for 5 ft, then +6 lbs per inch or 178 lbs for 6 feet. This is a pretty good rule of thumb. Another way to measure is BMI (body mass index). Yours is 26.6; overweight is 25-29.9. So you are slightly overweight by these measures. Some allowance is given for "frame" size. Be as fit as you can; lose a little if you want.
