Low carbohydrate: Diabetes is a condition where your body doesn't process sugars properly. If you minimize sugar and starch consumption there will be less stress on your body. If you are taking diabetes medication you need to be careful with how much you change your diet and should discuss that with your doctor. Make sure you eat plenty of healthy fats like olive and coconut oils.
