Thick uterine lining: My best guess is that the lining of the uterus got thicker than usual with the "missed" period on the lower dose of clomid, (clomiphene) so you have more lining to shed with this period. This is not dangerous and you have now found the "right" dose of Clomid (clomiphene) to ovulate. Hopefully, this will allow you to get pregnant soon.
