Possibly: Menstruation usually means ovulation has occurred with the dose of Clomid (clomiphene) prescribed. If menses fail to occur with the same dose then the possibility of pregnancy does exist. Testing for pregnancy is the only way to tell. Follow-up with one's gyn clinician is advised.
