Stuck in chest: May be reflux, or h pylori infections ( a bacteria associated with reflux) or may have an esphageal web or stricutre or achalasia -esophgeal dysmotility,rarely a chest lesion/mass . Can try ranitidine /prevecid but would also get a chest xray( check for mass) and follow up with doctor/gastroeneterologist .
