Only w/ advice: Seek an experienced, qualified Clinical Psychologist to do an eval and to see if you have a good fit for working together. If they think meds will help they can refer for that. They can work w/ you on skills to deal w/ these symptoms and styles. Try not to put too much focus on Dx words. It's living well that you'll want to achieve.

Seek balance.: Cognitive Behavioral therapy or psychotherapy can be effective. Aim for daily exercise, 8 hours of sleep per night & good nutrition w 5 servings of veggies & 4 of fruit per day. Try tai chi, yoga, Qi Gong, progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises & meditation. Don't isolate - spend time w friends & stay active. Consider seeing a psychiatrist as you might need psychotropic meds.
