Symptoms...: Moles are typically asymptomatic and painless. They can become entangled by necklaces, cut by your razor when shaving, and abraded by clothing. Mechanical trauma can cause bleeding. Persistent bleeding, itching, or pain is a danger sign and should be investigated.

Most have none: Most moles have no symptoms. Itching and bleeding are the most common symptoms of moles that raise the concern for skin cancer.
