HEAD-ACHE: If all you are experiencing is pain at the site of trauma & no other symptoms, an ER visit is probably not necessary. But if other symptoms develop (nausea/vomiting, vision, speech, movement difficulties) and/or pain worsens, an ER visit would be recommended.
