Washing hair: assuming "My" refers to your hair - and you are referring to the hair on your head. - any time - without restrictions - if you are referring to your pubic hair - as long as you didn't have an episiotomy - and unless its still open - any time. If you are referring to the baby's hair - its safe to wash it - using warm water and a tiny bit of baby shampoo and plenty of rinse water
