Not appendicitis: Need to go to ER. Most likely cholecystitis. If your had a Rt. hemicolectomy the asppendix is gone. If you had a Lf. hemicolectomy the appendix is probably still in the RLQ

That could be.: Being your appendix is now in that area, we could consider this to be possibly appendicitis, especially if you have nausea, fever and a complete lack of appetite (symptoms that typically accompany appendicitis). But, RUQ pain could also be from the gallbladder, liver pancreas or intestines. I think you need an investigation - blood testing and ultrasound/CT scan.
