Can be Serious.....: Without knowing anything more about the nature and history of you calf pain, I would strongly suggest that you go to the emergency room at once. All concern must be directed to the possibility of a potential Deep Vein Thrombosis. This condition, left untreated could be disastrous. There are other possibilities, but with no other available information, it is better to be safe rather than sorry.
