Menstrual changes: If you are sexually active, even if you use contraception, I recommend checking a home pregnancy test. While rare, some women do experience spotting or bleeding early in pregnancy that can mimic a period. It's best to check. Home pregnancy tests are pretty accurate starting the first day your period is due. If negative, check again in 1 more week just to be sure. Good luck.
