I had an us on aug21 saying i was 11w4d and my lmp said i was 10w6d. since those dates match up, does that mean i had a period not implantation bleed?

Those two dates DO match up. Ultrasound dating gives an estimate, which can be 1 week off in either direction (earlier or later).
