Dates do match up: Those two dates DO match up. Ultrasound dating gives an estimate, which can be 1 week off in either direction (earlier or later).

No: Your 2 dates are only 5 days different, within the realm of error. As you progress you will get additional sonograms. Nothing is accurate to the exact day or time you conceived.
