Hard to know. Your undescribed pregnancy symptoms may or may not represent anything to do with conception. Some culture routinely use abortion as birth control and still go on to have families. Unless the abortions injured the womb they would not change your potential for a successful pregnancy. A consult with an OBGYN would be a good idea.
