Pain after MVA: Presumably, you had xrays after trauma. If not, i would suggest you do. In absence of significant injury on xray, i would suspect whiplash to explain neck/upper back symptoms. Seat belt injury may have caused ac sprain. If you're tender where the collarbone meets the shoulder, voilå. Generally, treatment involves nsaid's, ice/heat, salonpas hot patches, and mckenzie pt if not improving (doc's rx).
