Not likely: Perhaps not impossible since anxiety is amazing! But, this is worth having an exam. Your question, however, raises the issue of your awareness that anxiety is also worth correcting. I'd urge CBT to learn ways to understand it and get skills to manage it. It can make the rest of our long life much happier. Best!
