What causes chronic inflammation in feet? is there anything in the home environment that can trigger it or cause it to flare?

Walking bare foot: Do you mean in the bottom of the feet? I am not sure in what part of the feet it is hurting, but plantar fasciitis comes to my mind. if you use flip flops or walk bare footed for a long time, the bottom of the feet can get painful. I would be happy to give you more insight though a consult. I hope this helps.
