WHY ASK???: Do you have GOUT?? Diets for gout are of limited use. Much more important is to understand meds, such as thiazides and aspirin, which elevate uric acid. And to understand about different meds to lower uric acid, as well as meds useful to relieve acute symptoms. Best see a rheumatologist [gout specialist]. Diets don't help much. Avoid ALCOHOL: the more your drink the worse your gout.
