Periods: Blood donation will not affect your cycles in any way. Normal cycles occur no less than every 21 days. Normal menstrual flow is usually seven days or less and varies from light, to spotting, to up to a pad or tampon in an hour on occasion. Stress can effect your cycles. Your cycle is not normal, you should see your gyn.
