Get help: Prolonged menstrual bleeding can cause problems. Such as anemia, dizziness, passing out. See your gyn to determine the cause and treat it. Prolonged bleeding can become symptomatic or worsen. You don't want to wind up in the hospital with a blood transfusion. See your doctor asap.
