Exercise is very hard - 10 mins after only a 5 min workout h.r. was 161. holtermonitor just diagnosed tachycardia. (also have exercise induced asthma). should i just stick to slow exercise? was prescribed low b-blockers, will they help me exercise?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

I would stick to: slow, low impact exercising and take beta blocker, which will keep heart rate down a bit.
