My estradiol level is 307. my dr asked me to test it to know whether i am having a follicle or cyst before doing iui ?is it follicle or cyst?

Estradiol : If you had an Estradiol level early in your cycle, and thre were no cysts on ultrasound, then it is likely a follicle. If you did not have these tests then an lh level , Progesterone and ultrasound may help.Sometimes , several estradiol, lh levels are necessary to fully determine cyst from follicle.
