My underarms sweat excessively. i've bought almost every anti perspirant for men but nothing seems to be effective. what should be done?

Excessive sweating: There are prescription antiperspirants, like drysol, which can help when over the counter products don't. If drysol does not help, Botox injections for hyperhidrosis usually do an excellent job.
