I just got my results for ana test. my lab reports as follows, 1:320 with nucleolar pattern negative. isn't 1:320 a high positive?

Just positive: An ANA of 1:320 is a positive result. I would not call it "high positive" but positive is positive. The degree of positivity is not that important.
