Yes: To legally purchase tretinoin cream in the us you either need a prescription to buy it at a pharmacy or you can buy it from many physicians who carry it in their offices. If you live close to mexico and don't mind risking your life they will sell it to you down there without a prescription. Also you can buy just about anything online. One never knows what they're getting from mexico or online.
