Depend on stage: Depending on the stage. For early stage - following a surgery to remove the kidney cancer- options are- observational vs. Clinical trial. In metastatic disease- following surgery to remove kidney cancer /cytoreductive nephrectomy or nephrectomy + metastatectomy- systemic therapy then will be the way to go (options include- sunitinib, pazopanib, sorafenib, afinitor, (everolimus) temsirolimus, bev/ifn).
