Your question?: Hi. From what you've told us, I assume you're wondering if the cancer in the omentum is recurrence of the ovarian cancer 7 years ago. First of all, I'm so sorry for your situation. A pathologist will be able to tell you if the omental cancer is ovarian in origin. The best guess (and guessing doesn't count) would be ovarian, however. When the surgical pathology comes back, chemo will be planned.
