No significant risk: Genital warts almost never are transmitted to other areas of the body. They also are not transmitted to other persons, such as your baby. The genital types of HPV don't easily infect other areas. To be as safe as possible, just use common sense hygiene, like washing your hands after using the toilet and before handling your baby, e.g. changing diapers. Otherwise don't worry about it.
