Very common: The most common forms of elbow pain from overuse, or repetitive motions are muscle, or tendon sprains. Very common with doing single joint exercises with weights. You must lay off this exercise for a while and opt for full body exercises like pushups, pull-ups and bodyweight rows until your elbows are feeling a little better.
