No one way! Many!: Depends on type, severity, location, and many other factors. From topical steroids, to steroid intralesional injections, to oral medications, to methotrexate-oral or injected, to the tnf-alpha inhibitors-humira, enbrel, remicade (infliximab). Others-cyclosporine, leflunomide. Your dermatologist will best guide you through these options!
