See pediatrician: Make sure she's on a consistent breast feeding cycle as she may be hungry. Make sure that your baby is hydrated well too so she's not moaning from being dehydrated. If constipation is not an issue, you deafly need to have this checked out professionally by her pediatrician. Then you'll have a better direction to go in reducing her discomfort. Pain and hunger are usually what babies moan about.

Gassy: Most likely gassy. The stools do not have to be affected. If you are breastfeeding, it is important to look at your diet and see what you are eating. Most things that are gassy for you will be so for him as well.

It may be gas: Practice making the child burp after feed......Put the child on your shoulder, gently pat the back for few minutes, that releases the gas which child swallows during feeding.
