It is healing: The healing process is not an overnight "sensation", rather a proliferation of complex events involving white blood cells, and collagen building proteins. A C/section scar needs time to complete the process over several weeks, in addition to regeneration of the abdominal surface nerves that were cut at that time. Don't forget to go back to your OB MD at the 4 to 6 week post partum check up.
