Intracranial arteries are tortuous with severe headache?

Yours are?: Intracranial arteries may change slightly in caliber, and with bleeding may react with spasm, but do not become tortuous with severe headaches of any kind. However, over time with aging, the blood vessels do change angulation, but has nothing to do with headaches.
