Cannot say for sure: without an exam, I can only give general information. Hiatal hernia/reflux disease can irritate the esophagus and diaphram and this can feel like in the arm. Smaller meals, SIMETHICONE, perhaps more fiber may be helpful in some. Proton pump inhibitors are helpful in some people with this also.
