Not unusual at all : The behavior you describe is not unusual or atypical for young toddlers. Some might get fussy when tired and others may get the giggles. It is also not unusual for young toddlers to occasionally laugh or whimper or talk in thier sleep as their dreaming and sleep patterns develop. Be well.
