Pain in my colon after eating years ago. spot still hurts sporadically though gluten free/ can be stress induced/ could this sharp pain be dangerous?

Lower abdomen?: There is a difference between colon pain , which is often cramping, and sharp pain of very short duration, the latter is more suggestive of an abdominal wall pain. You have mentioned a single spot and thus one needs to check you out for an abdominal or femoral hernia. Given the scanty details, we can only venture a guess.
