Contact urologist: Either call your doc or a urologist now and arrange an evaluation. If there is swelling around the urine outflow tract he may need urgent catheterization for relief. There is also possibility the trauma could have injured the organ and its parts. A cold compress might provide some pain relief, but get in soon.
