Red bump: Where is it located . Usually red signifies infection but it seems it goes away on its own. Sometimes you need antibiotics. May also be inflammation-allergy like eczema, or psoriasis, which can occur to environmental (poison ivy, pollen) or food allergies. f/u/w/ doc or dermatologist
