Gardasil is not made: from actual viruses at all. It is made from recombinant viral-like particles, so if you are worried about transmission of the virus from having the vaccine, it is not a concern. This is a very important vaccine to get. If you are between 11 and 26 years of age (which it looks like you are), you should also have it.
