I was briefly exposed to concrete dust two weeks ago. now i have a bloody discharge from my nose and sometime have trouble breathing when lying down.

Pulmonary or Cardiac: Your symptoms may be related to the dust exposure but may more likely signal a more serious problem related to your lungs and possibly your heart. Any high blood pressure or leg swelling or palpitations.? You should be checked by a cardiologist or pulmonologist as your symptoms may indicate a serious long term problem. Any cough or wheezing? The dust issue may just be a clue to a bigger concern.
