It's all relative...: It seems to be relative to just who is taking the medicine. Ibuprofen works well with some people and has only a minimal effect with others. The same holds true with Naproxen. It is important to remember that when taking either one of these medications, that one should try to take the smallest dosage necessary to affect the best relief. Try not to take the maximum dosage routinely.
