Periodontitis: Periodontal disease is the loss of bone structure around the teeth. It can be localized or generalized. Pocket depths and radiographs help determine the diagnosis. You have some issues and certainly need treatment. Don't delay.

Perio treatment: The pocket depths, if accurate indicate the immediate need for periodontal care and the possible referral to a periodontist and possibly to your primary care MD to rule out any underlying medical issues.
