Need to be seen: By an experienced dermatologist, several causes, may be systemic, hormonal etc.. In Telogen effluvium or alopecia, hair falls off, but thinning is different, good luck

Any other symptoms? : You should see your doctor for evaluation and to check a thyroid issue. Also do not forget the mental health issues such as anxiety and stress
