You cannot: The scar that formed cannot grow hair. A plastic surgeon may be able to revise the scar to make it less noticed.

Hair regrowth: There is a product called Latisse (bimatoprost) which helps grow eyelashes. This is a gel (prescribed by a doctor) which can also be applied to the eyebrow. There are several issues to be aware of; first, it may not work or may take several months to see any effect. Second, the effect may not be permanent once the medication is discontinued. It's worth a try though.

U Need A Transplant: Unfortunately, once the follicles are dead and gone, the only way to permanently regrow living and growing hair in that area would be an FUE eyebrow transplant. Thankfully, eyebrow scar hair transplant procedures are comfortable, quick, natural and reliable when performed by an experienced surgeon. Surgical revision of the scar will simply leave you with another scar. Transplant is the cure.
